The Crowther Report can be viewed at the National Archives. Anyone close enough to have a look?

I have always wondered about the loop of bad debt reported by bank with cra, cra share with new lender, you pay more interest, you may get into more bad debt, the loop continues.

each step make one of the above money. ie, they actually want to keep bad debtor missing payments.

Why do they charge more interest on a debt to someone who obviously needs help and should really pay less interest in a fair world.

anyway, should we all complain to the OFT and try and have it investigated?

I have always wanted to get the 6 year thing sorted and you look to be getting there.

so if I went to jail for 6 months that record would show for less time than defaulting on an account. Rediculous.....

Well done!!!!!!
