Sparkie, I sit here with two laptops all hooked up to seprate printers, there is also a third PC upstairs which controls the lot....I need to get a life

Tam has a converted bedroom devoted to computers, I think he has four all functioning and turned on.

I agree is there a real life out there???

4 turned on computers in a bedroom that Tam owns, something just doesnt seem right with that situation. I think hes past the brink of no return.

this little snippet on damages to use to claim against CRA's I found in my paperwork when I was researching it refers to pub lication of wrong incorrect untru e information such as defaults, that are wrongly applied to a credit file, and then passed on to third parties who view your credit file.

On the other hand, the Court held that the jury was entitled to
award 1000 damages for libel. In an action for defamation the
damages were at large and although the only publication was to the
opponent's solicitors it could not be said that the sum awarded was
so unreasonable as to justify the Court in directing a new trial


You can see that 1000 was awarded for the passing of wrong info to a solicitor sustained an award for damages, and a 1000 for this was not unreasonable.
