I only had the one, six months tenancy agreement, which I signed October 2006.
The tenancy was renewed in April 2007 but not in the form of a legal contract/agreement, but by letter from the landlord, the property is not an agent managed property.

I did write to the agent about six months ago and they confirmed that they are holding the deposit, they said,; it is in the clients account.
