Default Messages Are Taking Too Long

When somebody responds to a thread it is taking approx 1 hour b4 it is showing in my email. Anybody else have the same probs ?

Honestly, Email alerts can take a little time to arrive, firstly because they dont go out individually but in bundles, it's then possible that they get delayed in a slow section of the email system.

I have had emails arrive 24 hours after sending.

Your email provider is also a factor in this. If they receive a batch of emails from a single source (i.e. CCS) they do not always get processed with the same priority as singular emails. It is a setting in Exchange and depends on how intrusive the ISP's spam processing is.
