If only they had listened to the consumer which is what they were set up to do in the first place. It's appalling that after all this time and the amount of complaints that have been made that the Commons Select committee have told them in no uncertain terms that they are a "waste of space" Term ![]()

![]() Credit |Brokers and Debt Management Firms are easy picking for them, it's banks, credit card companies and the other large lenders who need to be scrutinised as we all know and have experienced. this is why the latter thumb their noses at us, knowing they will never get anything more than a slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket if the OFT does look at them.
