Hi - have jumped through all their hoops and the computer says NO. No help to be had so back to square one it seems. Local CAB have no appts for three months!!

Make the appointment with the CAB, just because the computer says no, it can only go on what you have filled out on the on line form, where a CAB FA will have more to hand. it still may be NO, but you will know you have explored all the avenues you can. three months sounds a long time, but it's not that far away.
