Default Beneficial, is this CCA valid?

I have received this from Beneficial/HFC plus a notice a notice of variation to the terms of your credit card that appears to be from Nov 06. This is in relation to my CCA request.
Please could anyone tell me if it is valid.
Thanks.

Its an application form, not countersigned, prescribed terms missing,

Errm, I would say unenforceable...

heehee I agree

c'mon the Villa...

actually it should be Rochdale......

I'll tell you a story, or have I told it... about James.

Rochdale was James' team and he has supported them for a decade or so. During his final days lying in his bed I would curse him trying to chide him into responding and failing. My one single question was .... I will never know why you support Rochdale... so don't give up, hang in there and maybe one day you will tell me...
well he died, and he didn't tell me...
but a couple of weeks later I was out with some long lost friends sharing a beer and reminiscing... and of course talk gets to football and I told him that story.
I know the answer he said, it goes back to years ago when we were in a takeaway and some drunk loudmouth ManU supporter asked me who I supported - I said Everton, he turned to James asked the same question. James not wishing any trouble, thought a while, then said Rochdale....

So now I know James. a fine piece of avoidance - **** team tough...

Yet another lovely story about James

As for that bit of paper it isnt even worth recycling, I cant see a single prescribed term on it so it's nothing but an application form. A date stamp does not qualify it as having been countersigned either.
