There will be other banks using the same practises, yet to be uncovered, but the more people query the offers of settlement and how they are calculated, the more the unfair practises will be exposed.
we are still waiting for the figures from a certain bank and i wirk the compensation using two different calculations. if the bank concerned offers the lower of the two, i am going straight to the FOS with is.
