Cahoot - Agreement received

MBNA1&2 - sold to Link Financial. Ignoring me for ages
Halifax - Sold to Cabot - Complaint sent to ICO - Incomplete SAR
MINT - Regal Credit (unenforceable)
Amex - AIC (unenforceable)
Cap1 *Won* 1,500 Written off

What have I been saying all these years? Who used this argument and got the charges back to when the very first default charge was applied to her account? Who got the inerest she asked for? Ask Alliance and Leicester?
