I suggest don't write to the court manager instead write to the senior judge who oversees the court. If you phone the court they will tell you his or her name

Regarding the letter, I am pretty good at composing a letter (if I say so myself, hope I am not bigging myself up here), however, it would help if you could post up a skeleton and I will do my best, or at least, we can all contribute and put it together.

Yes, you are very good Corn and no, you are not "bigging yourself up"

I will help out if I can - I have one or two thoughts already.

I might also suggest that this is moved out of sight..........any thoughts?

Good thinking
Can we also watch out please for the ways in which the banks are using these stays to their advantage. We already know that they are trying to settle more cheaply for those who cannot wait.

Why move it out of sight. This is one thing we should keep out in the open. I would rather they see us being proactive and working together. this way we gain a profile and shows the MIB that we can work as a team and everyone's input is valued. if they see us working on a letter to the Courts, they are going to have to move in the other direction. Bet they are laughing at the complicity of the Charter the other sites have agreed to.
