This is true Paul, the Judgement will handed down on Thursday and the banks and the OFT will get a copy of it probably tomorrow or Wednesday.

Presumably, no anouncements will be made before the judgement is handed down and there will be a press conference after the hearing as far as I know.

Fingers crossed everyone that Judge Smith has made his judgment in our favour... not long to wait.

Dxx

Can it be confirmed that a hearing will take place between the 7th and 9th July to consider whether the bank's historical t&cs are punitive in nature.

Not a lot to report really Paul, the OFT went through various T&C's clauses and stated they referred to penalties and the judge seemed to agree from what I can gather from reading posts on LBs mate.

There was not judgement on historicals as they were still being discussed throughout the day today, the waiver remains at moment, the OFT still not giving a time for findings of its reporthowever they are apparently going to be able to give provisional findings to the banks by the end of July into the fairness or unfairness of the charges etc.

Will see what happens tomorrow.

I will update when there is more to update.
