Default New housing forum

As housing seems to be becoming a major issue, especially with the current condition of the housing market as the country slides into a major recession (which we have been predicting for 2 years) I have created a forum just for housing issues.

Over the next few weeks various threads will be moved as the new forum expands. This is purely a housekeeping exercise in an attempt to keep things in an orderly fashion.

NO threads will be removed during this expansion and organisation.
