Ive had a bit of a head to head with this and Lloyd's but regarding a loan.
They are not interested unless power of attorney is taken, or you provide a GP letter.

They state it is not for them to know the ability of the customer. or the ability of the customer to understand the T&C and the CCA, as the agreement or account is signed to say they do.

I won on other grounds, but this is how I almost lost, If i didn't have further back up arguments of missale I would have.
I will not be on the internet after the end of January 2009, so will not be around as much as usuall.
Anyone who wants to email me still go ahead but i won't be checking daily, more like weekly up the library.
