I would make sure its headed with court name, claims number, defendant, claimant.

Then just list your arguements with all case law, statues etc to back it up. Try and keep it simple and easy to refer to.

Again this is how I would do it, and then I would ask everyone here if it was ok

Where would i find the case laws etc relating to contract and employment ?

Can you give anymore info on what you are trying to acheive?
