Just been onto CAG to view a couple of my threads. It looks like all current threads have been removed, the only threads showing are from 2007

Seems it could be a temp measure as late last nite i found a message that said something about updating and improving...some threads may disappear and come back etc.
Then today i find this on the main page:

"There has been a serious problem with the CAG forum which will take at least several days to rectify. This may mean that access to threads and posts is restricted for the time being. Please bear with us as the forum is gradually restored.
Thanks"

Looks like somebody pressed the wrong button when doing up update! lol

You don't think we should get suspicious about the timing of this with the OFT court case finishing?

They are perhaps expecting an influx of new members once the case has finished and are upgrading the site to cope. This has happened in the past during newsworthy events and this is perhaps the largest newsworthy event concerning bank charges so far.

I know someone over the road with a long standing case of phone harassment from Cap1 who i pointed to this site but they have tried to register and not been able to - they use g-mail and hotmail and don't seem to have a standard email address. She'd would still like to sign up if it were possible.

I know a lot of people use hotmail so it might cause problems for other genuine potential members if there is some sort of restriction on registration with hotmail addresses.
