I am fed up with this lot. This morning the mail arrives and in it is the annual statement addressed to OBL. I did not know whether to scream or cry.

I made sure everyone got sent a copy of his death certificate within the first month of his passing.

I rang them this afternoon. I remained calm, went through the security questions and finally after a deep breath, asked why were the statements still coming in OBL's name after all this time? :mad:

From the reaction, they must have had it on screen that he has passed, because the customer service rep said 'I am emailing the support team to take his name off the account.'

I guess I will wait until this time next year to see if this has happened. :rolleyes:

Looks like they have message regarding variabe rates of interest. The interest rates are all over the place. I wonder if they will adjust the early years of this account:rolleyes:

Still have to sort them out regardiung the Unfair Terms and Conditions, but I will wait my time to do this. remember the Agreement arrived for signing after the building work had commenced and we did not have the 14 day coolling off period from when we signed the application. Everything happened so fast and it wasn't until 12 months down the track that I realised we had signed for a ten year loan, not five years :eek:

I just thought I would update everyone with this. Nothing has happened with GE Money. I bet it will when I stop paying them after I have paid the principle and 10% simple interest.

I have sne t them a copy of new marriage certificate, and still no response. What do you have to do to light a fuse under this lot?

I suppose so long as they get their money they don't care. we will see...

GE money are among the worst offenders, they are involved in one of the secret commission cases I am looking into.
